「この時間帯はカフェはやっておりませんが、コースディーナーをご注文されたいならご案内可能です。」
現在喫茶店の利用をできないことは、We don't operate as a cafe at this time. のように言えます。
You can have a table で「席に着くことができる」＝「案内できる」
order a full course dinner で「フルコースディナーを注文する」
