We are a family of five, and live in a condominium/condo which faces south on the fourth floor of a 20-year-old building. がその英訳ですが、
直訳は「私たちは５人家族で、築２０年の建物の４階の南向きの、分譲マンションに住んでいます。」となります。
（やはり、かなりややこしいですね（笑））

(築~年は 人間などの歳と同じ表現となります。This building を主語にすると、This building is 20 years old. 等。 上記の例文のように、一語の形容詞にする場合は、20-year-old とハイフンでつなぎ、yearにｓは付きません。）

築 ２０年 の分譲マンションは a 20-year-old condominium building
（ですが、その前にcondominium（分譲マンション） とありますので、ただbuildingにしてあります。なお、condominium は、略して、condo とも言います）

南側の（南向きの）which faces south
face は 動詞だと『~の方をむいている」です。

「分譲マンション」は英語で「condominium」として表現できます。また、「築２０年」は「20-year-old」と言います。「南側」は「on the south side」、家族５人は「my family of five」と表現できます。

もう少し詳しく説明するときは以下のように分けてもいいです：

I live with my family in a condominium.
It’s 20 years old and located on the 4th floor.
We live on the south side of the building. 「私は家族と一緒にマンションに住んでいます。築２０年で４階にあります。南側です。」
