「不細工」を"plain"（それと言った特徴が無い顔）と訳しましたが、"ugly"（醜い）という訳も考えられます。
"I think I look rather plain"＝「私はどっちかというと不細工に見える」
"when I see myself on screen"＝「スクリーン（に映っている）の自分を見るとき」
"rather than myself in the mirror"＝「鏡の自分よりも。」
