「冷蔵庫/電子レンジに入れる」って英語でなんて言うの？

「冷凍庫に入れる」はput it in the freezerで，「電子レンジに入れる」はput it in my microwave ovenであると、本で読み理由も理解しました。しかしその本は1988年に出版されたものなので、現代ではどちらもtheを置いて話されますか？

例：
