雰囲気がよいだけって英語でなんて言うの？

もんじゃ焼きはすごく美味しいってものではない。
食べている時の雰囲気が楽しいだけなんだよね。
と伝えたいです。

「雰囲気が良い」は「atmosphere is good」です。「楽しい」は「fun」ですので、「atmosphere is fun」とも言えます。

It's not that monjayaki is particularly delicious, but just that the atmosphere around eating it is fun. 
もんじゃ焼きが特に美味しいというわけでは無いけど、食べるときの雰囲気が楽しいだけです。

「Atmosphere」を使って説明すると、意味は通じますが、少し不自然に感じるときもあります。ネイティブは多分「atmosphere」を使わずに「fun to 〜」の表現で伝えます。

It isn't that monjayaki is especially delicious, but just that it is fun to eat.
