time sale より limited time sale または limited time discount
のほうが伝わりやすいと思います。 limited time は 「期間限定」という
意味なので limited time sale は 直訳すると「期間限定セール」です。
その他 limited time offer は「期間限定のサービス」という意味です。
ポイント：
「タイムセール」は和製英語なので海外で通じません。
それぞれの説明
Now on sale for a limited time!
Now = 中
on sale = セール
for a limited time! = 期間限定
このフレーズは一番使われていると思います。商品をフレーズの前か後につけることができます。商品を強調するフレーズです。
例：
These Jackets are now on sale for a limited time!
Now on sale for a limited time: these Jackets
Limited time sale happening now!
このフレーズは以上のフレーズの意味と一緒ですが、言葉の順番が変わり、「タイムセール」ということを強調します。この場合、商品を紹介しなくても大丈夫です。
しかし、より効率的な言い方があります。直訳ではありませんが海外でもよく使われています。

タイムセールは溢れすぎているため、「セール」という言葉に特別感がなくなりました。「いつも勝手にセールを出したりするんじゃない？」と思っている人が多いのです。
でも、ちゃんとした理由を挙げてセールを紹介するのであればお客様に魅力的になります。

年末年始のタイムセールのであれば、
New years sale now!がオススメです。
Both ways work, but in the United States it's common to see just the word "sale" depending on the season.
It could say "Spring sale" or "Summer sale". Whenever the sale is seasonal you will see a sign like "Weekend sale!" or "End of the year sale!" it all depends on what the situation is.
"Limited time offer" can also be used very often and you could mix it with the word sale like:
"Limited time offer sale! Buy now for 50% off! Sale ends on the 15th!"

You are urging the prospective customer to act with great speed because the sale will be on only up to Sunday, 25 March, 2018. The end date must also be included so that the prospective customer must act within the given period.
The phrase 'while stocks last' means 'while stocks are available'. Should stocks finish before the closing date, the sale will be over. Since this limited time sale is to clear the stock, it means that prices have been drastically reduced.

You can use this and then mention the time the sale is running from.
