「探知機」は、luggage scanner また「金属探知機」を指す metal detector などが使われますが、わかりやすいのは the airport security machine がいいでしょう。「空港のセキュリティー（のチェックポイント）」なら airport security で通じるので、そこで machine や metal detector にひっかかったと言うことができます。
「ひっかかった」は、got caught や got stopped などで表せます。
英訳1：日本語でよく言う「カッター（ナイフ）」（刃が本体にしまえるタイプ）のことを、box cutter といいます。
