in a lockdown で「ロックダウン中」
until the end of this month で「今月末まで」

ーGermany is completely locked down for the rest of this month.
「ドイツは今月いっぱい完全にロックダウンしています」
be locked down で「ロックダウンしている」
for the rest of this month で「今月の残りの間は・今月いっぱいは」
