複数のコミュニティがあれば、依存、執着を分散できますって英語でなんて言うの？

Relationships are the most common cause of stress to humans, and the stress is caused when someone depends on, and is attached to, only one community. If you have several communities to rely on, the dependence and attachment can be dispersed. （人間のストレスのほとんどの原因は人間関係で、そのストレスはたったひとつのコミュニティに依存、執着したときに生じます。自分が頼れるいくつかのコミュニティがあれば、依存、執着を分散できます。） 人間関係はRelationshipsで表せます。 depend on ~で「〜に依存する、頼る」、rely on~も同様に「〜に頼る、信頼する」と言った意味になります。 依存はdependanceとしました。attachmentには「取り付け、付着」と言った意味の他に、「愛着、執着、執心」のような意味もあります。 「分散する」はdistributeやdisperseといった単語があります。 参考になれば幸いです。
