お仕事で、登録住所の変更の依頼を受けましたが、日本語がわからないといわれました。
「この住所でお間違えなければ、その旨メール返信いただければお手続きしておきます。」と伝えたいです。

confirm（確認する）を使うと丁寧で良いと思います。
