布製のメガネ拭きなら"cloth"です。Cleaning wipeと言う場合もありますが、私なら使い捨てのテッシュタイプを想像します。カメラなどにも使えるレンズ拭きならlens clothes, wipesでもOKです。
ポスターなどで周知する場合はこんな言い方もいいと思います。
