ここでWILLを使うのはおかしく感じてしまいますが如何ですか。

Towatowa様の説明を呼んでからWILLの意味がよくわかりません。一般の未来形でしたら、小文字でwill check with the clientに書き直す必要があると思います。もし、WILLはそのシステムのプログラムの省略でしたら、そのまま使えると思います。
