ワード(word)版って英語でなんて言うの？

Microsoft 無しでも通じると思いますが、念の為に入れた方がいいかもしれません。Word は大文字で書いた方がいいと思います。大文字＝固有名詞なので word (言葉、単語)と混同する確率が下がると思います。 

Do you by any chance haveの代わりに Do you haveも大丈夫です。 

Have you got the Word copy of the PDF that's attached to this email? If you do, would you mind sending it to me, please? も大丈夫です。

「ワード版」を直訳すれば、「Word version」となります。ちょっとおかしいですので、「the .docx file」や「the Word file」を使いましょう。

「.docx」はワードのコンピューター拡張子ですのでちょうどいいと思います。

例文：

Do you have the .docx file of the PDF you attached to this email? If you do, please send it to me.
添付したPDF資料のワード版をお持ちですか？もしお持ちでしたら、送って欲しいです。

 **Word version** は「ワード版」。
 **of the attached PDF** で「添付したPDFの」という意味を補足。
 

2. **Could you send me the Word version if you have it?**
   　「もしお持ちでしたら、ワード版を送っていただけますか？」

 **Could you send me …?** は依頼を丁寧に伝える定番フレーズ。
**if you have it** をつけることで、相手に無理をさせない柔らかい言い方になります。
