何かを買う時には "at" と "from" のどちらを使っても大丈夫です。 "at the store" , "from the store".
"Is it ok if I bring them in" 「持って入っていいですか？」

motoko kawauさんの英文で大丈夫ですよ。1つ直すとすると、2つ目の文の these は them にした方がより自然です。最初の文でも these を使っているので、同じ言葉を繰り返し使わない方が自然です。
ーThese are things I bought at another store. Can I bring them in?
または次のようにも言えます。
ーI bought these somewhere else. Can I just carry them with me while I'm shopping here?
「これを別の店で買ったんだけど、ここで買い物する間、持っていても良いですか？」
