「日本ではどう？」の質問の詳しい内容がわかりませんが、次のように言えるかと思います。
ーIt might just be me that doesn't know about that.
「それについて知らないのは私だけかもしれない」
日本語に近いように訳すとこのように言えます。
ーI don't know the answer to that, but other people might.
「その答えはわからないけど、他の人ならわかるかも」
このように逆の言い方もできます。

「私が知らないだけかもしれません」は、英語では **“Maybe I just don’t know.”** や **“It might just be that I don’t know about it.”** と言うのが自然です。
日本語のようにやわらかく「自分を下げて答える」感じを英語で出すためには、**maybe** や **might just be** を使うのが効果的です。
