「[もう一度](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/39055/)言ってください」はたくさんの言い方ができます。個人的によく使うものを紹介します。
・Could you say that again?
・Come again?
・Sorry?
上記は全て「もう一度言ってください」の意味です。最初のが一番直訳に近いですね。他のもとてもよく使われる自然な表現です。
ちなみに私が一番よく使うのは Sorry? です。シンプルで使いやすいのでおすすめですよ。
例：
Teacher: Next, I want to ask you about xxxx.
では、次は xxxx について教えて下さい。
Erik: Pardon?
え？
Teacher: Tell me about xxxx.

Erik: Sorry? Could you say that again?
え？もう一度言ってくれますか？
Teacher: xxxx.
xxxx。

I'm sorry?やsorry?は語尾を上げて聞き返す感じで発音します。
Could you repeat that again?も[もう一度](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/39055/)言って下さい、と言う意味です。

もっともシンプルに聞き返せるフレーズですね。
言い方は強く言いすぎないようにするのがオススメです！
（ケンカしている時などに相手の言ったことに対して「はい〜？」
みたいな感じで伝わる場合もあるので）

今のを繰り返してくださいますか？
対面でもどんな場面でも使えます。
Could you speak up a little, please?
もうすこし大きな声でお願いします。
→こちらは電話などで使えることが多いと思いますが、
相手の言ったことが声が小さくて聞こえないですという表現です。
直接的にもう一度言ってくださいという意味にはなりませんが、
「声が小さくて届いてなかったんだ」と分かれば、もう一度言ってくれるはずです。

When you say, "Sorry, I didn't quite catch that?" it means that you didn't hear in correctly, or understand it correctly. If you heard, but didn't undersatnd, you might prefer to say: "I didn't quite catch the meaning of that." The teacher may then rephrase it, or say it again slowly. If you would just like the teacher to say the same sentence again, you may ask:
"Could you please repeat that?"
To catch something = 何かを辛うじて聞いたり、理解すること。
例文
”Did you catch what that comedian was saying? I didn't understand a word because of his accent."
あのコメディアンが言っていたことが分かった？彼の訛りがきつくて、何を言っているか分からなかった。
"Sorry, I didn't quite catch that?" （すみません、言っていることがよく分かりませんでした）という時は、正確に聞くこと又は理解することができなかったといういう意味です。
聞いたけど、よく分からない時はこう言った方が良いかもしれません。
例文
"I didn't quite catch the meaning of that." The teacher may then rephrase it, or say it again slowly.
その意味がよく分かりませんでした。先生、それを言い換えるか、もう一度もっとゆっくり言って下さい。
先生に同じ文をもう一度言ってほしくない時はこう言えます。
例文
"Could you please repeat that?"
それを繰り返して頂けますか？

I did not hear you or I do not understand. Could you please say it again.
Come again, please.
"Come again, please." is an informal way of asking your teacher to repeat a phrase or a part of the lesson. You can always tell your teacher that you did not hear him/her or you did not understand.
*come again?- This means that you would like the teacher to repeat what they said.
*sorry?- This is another way to say pardon. It means exactly the same.
For example:
Teacher: You need to continue practicing.
You: Sorry?
Teacher: I had said that you need to continue practicing.
*come again?
- これはあなたが先生に言ったことを繰り返して欲しいということを意味している
*sorry?
- これはpardonの違う言い方です。全く同じ意味です。
例：
Teacher: You need to continue practicing.
ー練習を続ける必要があるよ。
You: Sorry?
ーえっ？なんて？
Teacher: I had said that you need to continue practicing.

What do you mean? Could you repeat yourself, please.
Asking someone to repeat themselves if you didn't understand the question or couldn't hear the other person is not a problem, there could be a number of reasons why you didn't understand the question. So, asking someone to repeat themselves by using 'excuse me' in your sentence is a great way to get the other person to repeat him or herself.
Once more please? - use this if you have already asked the teacher to repeat it but need it repeated again.
Come again? - informal. We would use this in a casual setting.
Could you repeat that please? - formal
Once more please? - 先生（相手）に一度、繰り返すようにお願いした後、もう一度繰り返して欲しい時に使います。
Come again? - インフォーマル。カジュアルな場面で使います。
Could you repeat that please? - フォーマル。

3. Could you say that again?
上記のように言うことができます。
Sorry や Come again は Pardon に似たような使い方ができます。
Could you say that again は「もう一度言っていただけますか」となります。
例：
Sorry, I couldn't hear you. Could you say that again?
ごめんなさい、聞こえませんでした。もう一度言っていただけますか？
Sorry? What was that?
え？なんて言いました？
・Sorry?
もう一度言ってください。
・Could you please say that again?
もう一度言っていただけますか？
・Could you please say that one more time?
もう一度言っていただけますか？
sorry? はシンプルですがとてもよく使います。
one more time は「もう一度」という意味の英語表現です。
