材料にこだわった料理って英語でなんて言うの？

無農薬野菜とか、無添加の食品を使って料理してるとき、そのっこだわりを伝えたいです。

この場合の「こだわる」は

「私たちは…のような材料のみを使用しています」
のように言うのが自然かなと思います。

例：
We only use vegetables that are grown by local farmers with no pesticides or other chemicals.
「地元の農家さんが育てた無農薬野菜のみを使っています」

All our ingredients are free of pesticides and other chemicals.
「使用している材料の全ては無農薬です」
