数人で、出かける予定を相談している時など、全員の予定が合わず、じゃあ〇〇人で行く？と聞きたい時、
Then,Do we go only three of us ? で合ってますか？

この場合は次のように言うと自然でよいと思います。

ーMaybe just the three of us can go.
「じゃあ３人だけで行こうか」

ーMaybe it's better if just three of us go.
「じゃあ３人だけで行った方がいいかな」
