「季節外れ、季節感がない」は英語で「out-of-season」と言います。他人を見て「季節感がない」と思う時は「not dressed for the season」。「out-of-season」は「ダサい」、「古い」と言う意味も含めています。また、もう過ぎた季節の飾りがまだ飾ってある時、「～ is over」でも言えます。
あそこまだクリスマスのデコレーションが飾っているね、季節外れだな。

「季節外れ」は、英語だと out of season がいちばん分かりやすいです。「季節外れだな〜」は That’s out of season. で言えます。クリスマスがとっくに終わっているのにクリスマスの飾りがある、みたいに「今の季節とズレている」感じを、そのまま out of season が表します。
ただ、英語の out of season は「旬じゃない（野菜・果物）」にもよく使います。だから、デコレーションや服装の話だと、out of place for this time of year（この時期には場違い）や not very seasonal（季節感がない）のほうが自然に聞こえることも多いです。
