鹿のフンみたいなコロコロのうんちで、すっきりしないって英語でなんて言うの？

うんちの話題です。日常会話です。
「鹿のフンみたいなコロコロのうんちが出ました。うんちが出ないより出た方がよいけれど、コロコロのうんちは、出てもあんまりすっきりしません」。これを、下品な感じではなく、日常会話として英語で言いたいです！

deer poop で「鹿の糞」

ーIt's better than not going at all, but when I have poop like that, it doesn't feel like I'm getting it all out.
「うんちに行かないよりマシだけど、鹿の糞のようなうんちの時は、すっきりしない」
it doesn't feel like I'm getting it all out で「すっきりしない」を表現できます。
to get it all out で全部出し切る、という意味になります。
