二つ下のファイルを開いてって英語でなんて言うの？

例えば、Windowsでいうと、Internet Explorer (MacではFinder)でファイルやフォルダを管理していると思いますが、今選択orカーソルが置いてあるファイルの2つ下のファイルを開くように言う時に使うフレーズが知りたいです。
