My treasure is ... という言い方は日本語英語っぽく不自然なので、どうしても My treasure から始めたいなら、My treasures are ... を使うと良いでしょう。
ーMy treasures in life are my friends.
「私の人生の宝物は友人です」
下のように言った方が自然です。
ーMy friends are the most important thing in my life.
「私の人生で友達が一番大切なものです」＝「友達が宝物です」
