I went back to that café we talked about. I went to that café again, the one I went to before. I stopped by that café again. 英語では「また行った」は go again でもOKですが、もっと自然に言うなら go back（戻って行く）や stop by（ふらっと寄る）をよく使います。 go back は「同じ場所にもう一度行く」ニュアンスがはっきり出ます。
