「右手にカフェが見える」は英語で次のように表現できます。
ーYou can see a cafe on your right-hand side.
ーYou can see a coffee shop to your right.
例：
A: Where are you now?
「今どこにいるの？」
B: If you turn right at the post office, you'll see a coffee shop to your right. I'll be standing in front of the coffee shop.
「郵便局を右に曲がったら、右手にカフェが見えるんだけど、カフェの前に立ってるよ」
もし「左手に」と言うなら

などと言えますね。
