「私はクラスで一番怒らない人です」は英語で「I'm the most calm person in my class.」と言いますがこのような言い方少しマウントをとっているに聞こえるのでニュアンスが少し違うけど「I never get mad at people in my class.」（クラスの人に絶対に怒らない）のほうがいいと思います。

gentleは英語で「怒らない」より「優しい」という意味ですので、「一番怒らない」ということはそこまで伝わりません。「怒らない」ということは「落ち着いている、穏やか」な性格ということですが、英語ではこれをeven-temperedと呼びます。
