私はキャタピラがついている乗り物は何でも戦車と呼びます。って英語でなんて言うの？

とある海外のゲームをプレイ中に、上記のような文章を言いたかったのですが、「～なものは何でも…する」という言い回しが思い付きませんでしたので質問させていただきました。

vehicle で「乗り物」
caterpillar treads で「キャタピラー」
tank で「戦車」

ーI refer to all vehicles with a tank type tread as a tank.
「私はキャタピラーがついた乗り物を全て戦車と呼ぶ」
refer to ... as ~ で「…を〜と呼ぶ」
a tank type tread で「キャタピラー」とも言えます。
