（手を）奥まで入れてって英語でなんて言うの？

トイレには手を洗った後乾かすためにハンドドライヤーがありますよね。
ただ職場のものは少し古いせいか、手をきっちりと奥まで入れないと反応してくれません。反応せずに故障かと思った友人に言いたいフレーズです。

ネイティブが使う自然な表現を教えて下さい。
