年々季節がずれてきてる気がするって英語でなんて言うの？

「年々」はyearsですが、文で使うと,with the yearsとかyear by yearとかas the years go byになります。
「気がする」はI feel likeまたはit seems likeに訳せます。

例文：Whether or not it's due to climate change, I feel like the seasons are shifting with the years.（年々温暖化のせいか季節がずれてきてる気がする。）
