今週は明日以降だったらどの日でも夜空いています
予定を調整する時によく使うのが”available”（アヴェイラボウ）です。
"any night"は状況に応じて”any time”"any day"など置き換えられます！

Try this instead:
"I am available to hangout...any evening this week...from tomorrow onwards"
