お店に行って、店員さんに呼びかける際には"Can I have ~~ ~~？"と質問形式。「これを○○いただけます？」というニュアンスになります。
もしレストランなどの場合、誰かが注文を取りに来ている場合は"I will have ~~"と「これを○○もらいます」というニュアンスで注文するのがいいです。

If you are pointing, you can say "can I have (two, three) of these, please?" for things that are close by, or "can I have (two, three) of these, please?" for things that are far off.
If you know the name of the item, you can say "could I have (number) of (item), please?"
"Could I ..." is generally more polite to say than "can I ....", but using "please" makes the sentence polite regardless.
近くにあるものに対して、「Can I have (two, three) of these, please」や遠くにあるものに対して、「can I have (two, three) of these, please?」という事ができます。
もし、商品の名前がわかるのであれば、「could I have (数) of (商品), please?」という事ができます。
「Could I ...」は、一般的に「can I ....」より丁寧ですが、「please」を使う事で文章がより丁寧になります。
There are various ways to ask for a certain number of something. Saying "may I have" and "I would like" are quite polite ways to ask for something. "I will have" and "can I have" are less formal, but still acceptable in most situations. You can add "please" to be more polite.

You may be in a baker's and looking at some delicious-looking cakes. You are not sure what they are called but are certain that they will taste wonderful. You decide to buy five of them and ask:
"Could I have 5 of those please?"
Alternatively to a question you could just state:
"I'd like 5 of those please."
パン屋さんにいるとします。
そこにはおいしそうなケーキが並んでいます。
でも、あなたはそのおいしそうで素敵なケーキが何という名前かしりません。
あなたは5個そのケーキを買う事にしました。
そこでこう言います。

If you would like to ask someone for a certain amount/number of something when buying a certain item, you can say something like "can I have ____ of them please?" or "can you please get me _______ of ______ please?". So for example you could say "Can I please have 35 apples please?".

上記のように言うことができます。
「〜」の中に個数を入れることで使えます。
