Do you want me to~?
Do you want me to pick you up?

You are offering them a solution in case they miss their train, so you are using words to tell them that you are happy or willing to collect them.
It just means that they have another option, or a back up plan, or a solution if the train option does not work out.
A 'lift' and 'ride' are the same things and you can use both in the same way.
"fetch you'- this means to go and collect someone from where they are.
All three answers can be used to ask a friend if they want you to pick them up.
I hope this helps :)

If you would like to know how you can ask someone if they need you to pick them up, you can say something like "Do you need me to help pick you up later?" or "Do you need me to fetch you later tonight?". "Fetching" someone also means to pick someone up and is used a lot in casual conversations.
