フロントでございます、お休みのところ申し訳ございませんって英語でなんて言うの？

ホテルでフロントからお客様に内線をかける際、最初になんと言えばいいですか？日本語では「フロントでございます、お休みのところ申し訳ございません」と言っていますが、英語だとHello で済ませるのが自然でしょうか？
