普通に「I will pay for this」とも言えますが、相手にも気をつかわせずにさらっと言えるフレーズは以下の二つです。
★ I've got this.
「私にまかせて」に似たような意味を持つフレーズです。
このような場だけではなく、何かをまかせられた時に使えます。
例：You want the report by tomorrow morning? Don't worry, I've got this.
★ This one's on me.
「これは私が払うよ」という意味合いです。ニュアンス的に、「次」があって、それは相手が払う。

3. 'Keep your hands in your pockets' means, 'do not try to give me any money.'
