添削しましたって英語でなんて言うの？

「添削」はcorrectまたはamendですが、amendはちょっと高級な言い方ですので、普通の話であまり使っていません。correctの過去形と受け身形はcorrectedです。

例文：I entered the corrected sentences into the computer and printed them.

「添削しました」は英語で「I have edited...」を使います。「〇〇の挨拶文を添削した」場合は「I have edited the greeting.」と表現できます。「edit」は文章を見直して訂正することを指します。

Edited document は「添削された文書」を意味します。
