You can find it if you pass that place and go a little further.

この場合、次のように言うと自然で良いでしょう。

It's just past ... を使った言い方ができます。

ーIt's just on the other side of the 〇〇 building.
「それは〇〇ビルの反対側にあります」
It's just on the other side of ... という言い方もできます。
