こういった表現は英語ならではの仲間同士で決めている独特な表現がありそうですね。そういった表現は大抵その仲間内だけでしか通じないもの。映画やドラマの中ではよくそういった変わった、ユーモアのあるネーミングが付けられています。
従ってここでは標準的な誰にでもまぁ～伝わるかな、という定番表現しか紹介できませんが、一つは “usual place" （いつもの場所）という表現。いつも行かれているバーであればきっと相手にも伝わるはず。
また、”our hideout"（我々の隠れ家）と表現しても通じますね。現にこれは上記最初の方に述べた特別なネーミングをまだ付けていなければよく使われる表現の一つでもあります。
サラリーマンや会社の中で使う表現でしたら最後の ”Night Office" （頭文字は全て大文字にすることで固有名詞的な名詞にした “夜の事務所”）という表現もまた仕事仲間では定番。
どれも常連であるいつも通うバーや飲み屋に対して使われている標準的な呼び方ですね。

usually と入れて 頻繁に来ている意味。つまり常連。

comeでも goでも この場合はどちらでも通じます。
言っている人の感覚次第なところがあります。

My local is a bar that is close to where you live that you regularly go to
A favourite bar is not necessarily close to where you live but is one you like. You are a regular if you go there often.
My localといえば、それはあなたの済んでいるところから近くよく行くBarのことをさします。
A favorite barは、よく行くところという意味で、あなたの住んでいるところから近くにある必要はありません。

"At my local bar/pub" or " at my regular pub/place/bar" or " at my favorite pub/bar." These all refer to a place you go to often.

で、一緒にいかないか、と誘うフレーズになります。
At my local bar/pubまたはat my regular pub/place/bar、at my favorite pub/barなども、自分がよくいくいきつけを表すことができます。

A "spot" doesn't specifically mean "a bar", but based on the context, the person will understand that "spot" refers a bar/pub, if you are conversing about those places.
A "hangout" is the same as "spot". It just means the place that you usually go to.
"spot" は必ずしもバーという意味ではありません。
しかし言い方にによっては "spot" が bar/pubをさすことになります。
"hangout"は "spot"と同じ意味です。
普段行く場所という意味です。

"My local" is a way of referring to the pub which you frequent. usually it is either near your home or your workplace.

The pub = the pub you usually visit. The article 'the' is used when referring to things that are very familiar to you.
"I'm going on holiday with the wife and tghe kids."

The first invite, uses the noun 'watering hole' which actually means a bar, nightclub, restaurant with popular bar or other social gathering place where alcoholic drinks are sold.
It's ideal to use if you are inviting a close friend.
In your second invite, you are being more specific by inviting your friend to your favourite 'local pub'.
It is this local bar where you always go for a drink.
最初の誘い方は、watering hole という名詞を使っていて、これは実際バーやナイトクラブ、人気のバーが入っているレストランやその他交流パーティーのある場所などアルコールが売られている場所のことを意味します。
仲のいい友人を誘うときに使うのが理想的でしょう。
２つ目の誘い方は、より具体的で、友人をあなたのお気に入りの'local pu’（地元のパブ）に誘っています。あなたがいつも飲みに行くのがこのバーだということです。

Unfortunately, there is no specific way of saying it. I wrote two examples which you could use for this purpose. I personally choose to use the first one.
