行きつけ（お気に入りの）バーに行かない？
Why don't we～？ 誘う時に使います。
I usually go to the bar. Wanna come?
このバーによく行くの。あなたも来る？
usually と入れて 頻繁に来ている意味。つまり常連。
wanna は want to
comeでも goでも この場合はどちらでも通じます。
言っている人の感覚次第なところがあります。
I have a regular place to go after work.
仕事帰りにいつもいく店があるの。
a regular place 行きつけの場所、店など
Shall we go to my favourite bar? I'm a regular there.
My local is a bar that is close to where you live that you regularly go to
A favourite bar is not necessarily close to where you live but is one you like. You are a regular if you go there often.
My localといえば、それはあなたの済んでいるところから近くよく行くBarのことをさします。
A favorite barは、よく行くところという意味で、あなたの住んでいるところから近くにある必要はありません。
regular - happening often
hangout - a place one frequently visits
pub - an establishment for the sale of beer and other drinks

Regular＝レギュラー、常連。
hangout - a place one frequently visits
Hangout＝行きつけの場所。
pub - an establishment for the sale of beer and other drinks
Pub＝パブ（バー）。

"Would you like to join me." Invites them to join you.
"At my local bar/pub" or " at my regular pub/place/bar" or " at my favorite pub/bar." These all refer to a place you go to often.
Would you like to join me?
で、一緒にいかないか、と誘うフレーズになります。
At my local bar/pubまたはat my regular pub/place/bar、at my favorite pub/barなども、自分がよくいくいきつけを表すことができます。
A "spot" doesn't specifically mean "a bar", but based on the context, the person will understand that "spot" refers a bar/pub, if you are conversing about those places.
A "hangout" is the same as "spot". It just means the place that you usually go to.
"My local" is a way of referring to the pub which you frequent. usually it is either near your home or your workplace.
"Let's nip into my local for a pint on the way home."
"OK, good idea!"
The pub = the pub you usually visit. The article 'the' is used when referring to things that are very familiar to you.
"I'm going on holiday with the wife and tghe kids."
"That's wonderful. Have a good time!"
"My local"これは、自分がよくいくバーのことを言います。自分の言えや職場に近いところにあるのが多いね。
例
"Let's nip into my local for a pint on the way home."
"OK, good idea!"
The pub = theをつけることで、自分がよく行くバーを表すことができます。

"I'm going on holiday with the wife and the kids."
"That's wonderful. Have a good time!"
Will you join me for a drink at my favourite local pub?
The first invite, uses the noun 'watering hole' which actually means a bar, nightclub, restaurant with popular bar or other social gathering place where alcoholic drinks are sold.
It's ideal to use if you are inviting a close friend.
In your second invite, you are being more specific by inviting your friend to your favourite 'local pub'.
It is this local bar where you always go for a drink.
Unfortunately, there is no specific way of saying it. I wrote two examples which you could use for this purpose. I personally choose to use the first one.
