ステージの回転を止めて、実験したいって英語でなんて言うの？

withでも問題なく通じると思います。例えばI want to do an experiment with a stage with no rotationとかでいいですが、 with rotation of the stage stoppedより 個人的にI want to do an experiment where the rotation of the stage is stoppedの方が自然に感じましたのでそういう風に表現しました。 ご参考になれば幸いです！
