「私があげたものを使ってくれてありがとう」って英語でなんて言うの？

この場合は、次のように言うと自然で良いと思います。
ーI'm glad to see you're wearing the sweater I gave you.
「私があげたセーターを着てくれてて嬉しい」
to wear the sweater I gave you で「私があげたセーターを着る」

ーIt's good to see you're getting some use from the sweater I gave you.
「私があげたセーターを使ってくれてて嬉しい」
to get some use out of/from ... で「…を使う・利用する」
