駆け足で話すって英語でなんて言うの？

日本語ではよく、授業・講義・講演などで、

「最後の方は説明が駆け足になってしまいましたが…」
「もうあまり時間がないので少し駆け足で説明しますが…」

といった表現を使いますが、これは英語ではどのように言うのでしょうか。

例：

「授業の最後、説明が駆け足になりました」
to hurry through one's explanation で「説明が駆け足になる」

We don't have much time left, so I'll just explain this quickly.
「あまり時間が残っていないので、駆け足で説明します」
to explain quickly で「駆け足で説明する」
