Question

アプリでレンタカーを申し込み、後日レンタカーを借りにレンタカー会社の受付に行った時。
「保険には入りますか？」と聞かれたので、
「レンタカーに申し込んだ時に、保険にも一緒に加入しました」と伝えたいです。

to get insurance で「保険に入る」と言えます。
to book the car online で「ネットで車を予約する」

ーI think I added the insurance when I reserved the vehicle. 
「車を予約した時に保険も追加しました」
to add the insurance で「保険を付け加える・追加する」
to reserve the vehicle で「車を予約する」
