「並べる」はput in orderとarrangeと言います。ですので、「順番に並べる」はarrange in orderと言えますが、普通にarrangeだけが十分です。
「〜してもらえますか」はcan youとwould youとcould youです。
例文：Can you arrange the words from informal to formal?
例文：Can you arrange the phrases in order by their use?「これらのフレーズを使い方によって並べてもらえますか？」

とすると、『それを言う一番自然な言い方はどれですか？』とも聞くことができます。
