「ゲームオーバー」は英語で「you lose」または「you're out」と言います。英語圏でかくれんぼをやったら、最後に見つかれたのが勝ちなので、それ以外は負けで「you lose」です。「you're out」（アウト）はもうゲームできないのでゲームオーバーとのことです。
