犬に対してfatは問題ではないと思いますが、もっと優しい言葉はchubbyとかchunkyとかfluffyなどです。overweightはfatと同じぐらい硬いです。

「午前中に予定を詰め込んだ」はMy morning schedule was packedまたはMy morning was crammed.です。
