３年前と今で男性のタイプは変わってないですか？って英語でなんて言うの？

「3年前と今で」はin (the last) 3 yearsです。１番目に他の表現を提案していますね。Compared to/with 3 years agoは「3年前と比べて」の意味です。

「男性のタイプ」はthe type of guys/boys/men that you likeまたはyour type of boys/guys/menです。
