お手元の資料を確認しますって英語でなんて言うの？

• "Confirm the materials on hand."
  "confirm ~"　「を確認します」"check"　や "review" もつかえます。
  "the materials" 「資料」
  "on hand" 「手元」

"First of all, I would like to confirm the materials on hand. I have distributed 1 A4 sized handout. If anyone hasn't received one please raise your hand."
「まずはじめに、お手元の資料を確認します。A4サイズの資料を１枚配布しました。もし資料がない方がいらっしゃったら、お手数ですが挙手をお願いします」

ーLet's make sure we all have the right document (in hand).
「みなさんのお手元に正しい資料があるか確認します」
in hand がなくても「お手元の」のニュアンスは残りますので、あってもなくてもどちらでも良いです。

例：
Before we start, let's make sure we all have the right document (in hand). Everyone should have received one A4 size page about ... If anyone didn't get a copy of this, please raise your hand.
「まずはじめに、お手元に資料があるか確認します。…についてのA4サイズ（の資料）１枚があるはずです。お持ちでない方は挙手してください」
