状況によって言い方も変わってくるので、この場合は、次のように言うのが自然かなと思います。
ーYou've worked here for 12 years now. All the best at your new workplace.
「ここで１２年間も働いたんだね。新しい職場でも頑張ってね」
ーIt's been great working with you these last 12 years. I hope everything goes well at your new job.
この１２年間あなたと一緒に働けて光栄でした。新しい職場でも頑張ってね」
もしあなたもこのパートナーと１２年間働いていたなら、このような言い方もできますね。
