特番のテレビでチャンネルを変えたらまだやっていて、
まだこのテレビやってんだ。
と言いたいです

「まだこの番組やってたんだ」
ーOh this show is still on.
ーThis show is still playing.

かなり前にやっていた番組が今もまだ放送されていることを言うなら、次のように言えます。
「まだこの番組、放送されてたんだ」
ーI didn't know this show was still playing.
ーI didn't realize this show was still on the air.
