このフレーズを直訳すれば、「Can you try to come to Japan, including the weekend?」になります。文法的に当てますが、ちょっと不自然です。

だから、「When you come to Japan, can your stay include the weekend?」や「When you come to Japan, can you try to come during the weekend too?」を使いましょう。

もちろん、「the weekend」の代わりに「Saturday and Sunday」を言っても構いません。
