少額の支払いで、大きな金額しか持ってないとき「おつりはありますか？」は英語で「Is it possible to get change from this bill?」と言います。
また、別の質問ですが、大きな金額で支払えるかどうか確認したいなら、「I only have large notes, would it be ok to pay with this?」という風に言えます。
