with meやto meなしでも通じると思いますけどね。

もしその大学へ通えるなら
As long asの代わりにIfもOKですね。でもなんとかの条件が満たされていたらなんとかでも構わない、というニュアンスを、as long asで強調できます。

この場合は "as long as" を使ったほうがいいと思います。

- なんとなく伝わりますが、少し不自然でその大学へ行きたいという心情と 法には興味はないところがあまり伝わらないです。
